Meet Our Therapists
Mary Knight, MS, LPC
Graduated in 1988 from Georgia State University with a degree in counseling and psychological services. She has both administrative and clinical experience in community mental health treatment as well as with various inpatient psychiatric facilities. In 1997, she received intensive training in DBT taught by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D., its founder. Ms. Knight has been involved in doing DBT, designing and overseeing DBT programs, training staff, and providing consultation to community therapists since that time.
Kimberly Halley, LMFT
Ms. Halley worked with Three Springs DBT 2005-13 after graduating from Converse College with a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. In 2013, she opened her own practice, Clarify Counseling DBT, but continues to work with the DBT clinical team providing evidence-based DBT therapies to teens & adults. Ms. Halley rounds out the DBT team with her experience working with families and couples and doing crisis counseling. Ms. Halley received intensive DBT training in 2005 by Linehan-trained therapists and more recently was intensively trained in Radically-Open DBT (RO-DBT), a treatment shown by research to be effective for treatment-resistant depression & anxiety.
Jamie Martin, LPC
Graduated from Clemson University in May of 2015 with a Masters and Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mrs. Martin received intensive DBT training in 2015 from Linehan-trained therapists. In order to further her knowledge of DBT, she also pursued intensive training in Radically-Open DBT in 2017 - present. She joined the DBT team & Clarify Counseling DBT Therapy in 2015 where she provides both standard DBT & Radically-Open DBT to adolescents and adults.
